As a Tulsa, Oklahoma native, I got my start over 30+ years ago in my parent’s steak house busing tables and washing dishes. I knew right from those early moments that food, restaurants, and serving people was my passion. I held numerous positions in the restaurant industry, and competed nationwide on the BBQ circuit, before taking over as COO of Sonny’s BBQ in 2012.

As COO of Sonny’s BBQ, I helped assemble and lead a team that was tasked with rebranding and reviving the culture of Sonny’s BBQ. In 2016, I had the honor of joining iServ as EVP of Development and a managing Partner. We have worked to grow iServ into a top tier employer and growth-forward organization.
