Chip is Cofounder of iServ and has been President since its inception in 2019. As Pitmaster of the very first Sonny’s BBQ franchise, BBQ and people would soon become his passion. With the providence of God, and an amazing wife (Tami), opportunities were born and dreams where realized. He began a lifelong journey in the hospitality industry and the pursuit of leading a God honoring and People honoring company.

From 1981 to 2018 Chip progressed to General manager, Area Director, Director of Operations, Operating Partner and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer of BBQ Management. Along with John Kirkpatrick (Founder) and their Partners, he owned and operated 26 Sonny’s franchises in North-East and Central Florida. Chip and Tami also owned and operated their own seafood brand and catering company.

Chip was born in Ocala and attended the College of Central Florida. He serves as the Business Chair of City Light Church and the ATD of Community Bible Study. He and Tami have three children (Reagan, Trey, and Kyle) and 9 Grandchildren.
